The following definitions apply throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa. Defined terms appear with an initial capital letter wherever used in this document.

To be eligible to register and use a haybije account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout the period your account is active.
• You are accessing haybije.net from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You may not register an account for another person or permit another person to use your account.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of haybije or any of its affiliated Game Providers.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from haybije or had an account permanently closed for a terms violation.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.

haybije reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including official government-issued photo identification, National ID (NID), birth certificate, or other age-verification documents. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension until verification is completed.

To access the full range of haybije services, including real-money wagering, you must register a player account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. haybije relies on this information for account management, KYC verification, and responsible gaming purposes.

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one haybije account. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout the lifetime of your account must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your haybije username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. haybije accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: If you suspect that your haybije account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify the haybije support team immediately at [email protected]. haybije may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
• KYC Verification: haybije will request KYC documents — including proof of identity and proof of payment method — before processing your first withdrawal. KYC must be completed within 30 days of account registration; accounts that remain unverified beyond this period may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

haybije supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). haybije does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which haybije bears no responsibility.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on haybije is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit set by the platform; however, individual payment providers may impose their own transaction caps.
• All mobile wallet deposits (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your haybije Real Money Balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Card deposits (Visa, Mastercard) are processed through a 3D Secure-authenticated gateway. Processing times for card deposits may vary between a few minutes and up to one business day depending on your card issuer.
• haybije reserves the right to request the source of funds for any deposit that triggers internal risk or compliance thresholds.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes for fully verified accounts during standard operating hours.
• haybije processes withdrawal requests only to the payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
• Any active Bonus Balance must be fully wagered before a withdrawal of Real Money Balance is permitted, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant bonus terms.
• haybije reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending identity verification, responsible gaming review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

haybije offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms set out in the individual promotion, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Welcome Bonus: New haybije players are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is available once per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each individual bonus promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the bonus's validity period will result in the Bonus Balance and any associated winnings being removed from the account.
• Game Contribution Rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain specialty titles may contribute at a lower rate than slots. The specific contribution rates for each game category are published in the promotion terms for each offer.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus Play: While a Bonus Balance is active and wagering requirements are outstanding, haybije may impose a maximum bet limit per spin or hand. Bets exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus Balance and associated winnings being voided.
• Bonus Abuse: haybije reserves the right to withhold or revoke any bonus, and to suspend or close any account, where haybije reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated wagering, arbitrage wagering, or exploitation of promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling behaviour.
• haybije's Discretion: All bonuses are offered at haybije's sole discretion. haybije reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.

By creating and maintaining a haybije account, you agree to use the platform lawfully, responsibly, and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered Players:

• You must not use haybije.net for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You must not attempt to defraud haybije or any other player using any method, including exploiting software vulnerabilities, collusion, or using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• You must not engage in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime through your haybije account.
• You must not access your haybije account while subject to a self-exclusion order or during an active time-out period.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any software forming part of the haybije platform or any Game Provider's software.
• You must not use VPN software, proxy servers, or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions, disguise your identity, or misrepresent your location when accessing haybije.net.
• You must keep your account login credentials strictly confidential and take all reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to your account.
• You must not use language that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or offensive when communicating with haybije support staff or other players through any platform feature.

Any breach of these obligations constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

All content on haybije.net — including but not limited to the haybije brand name, logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other creative works — is the property of haybije or its licensors (including Game Providers such as Pragmatic Play, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

haybije grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use haybije.net for personal, non-commercial gambling entertainment purposes only, in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from haybije.net without haybije's express prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any haybije content or software.
• Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or other proprietary rights notice appearing on haybije.net.
• Use haybije's brand name, logo, or any other identifying mark in any way that is likely to cause confusion or that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without haybije's written permission.

Game content displayed on haybije.net — including game graphics, audio, and mechanics — is owned by the respective Game Providers and is used by haybije under licence. All intellectual property rights in game content remain with the applicable Game Provider.

haybije provides its platform and all associated services on an "as available" basis. While haybije makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous availability, uninterrupted service, and accurate game outcomes, haybije does not warrant that the platform will always be free from errors, delays, or technical interruptions.

• haybije shall not be liable for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of haybije.net, even if haybije has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• haybije's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to your use of haybije.net shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your haybije account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• haybije is not responsible for the actions or omissions of third-party Game Providers, payment processors, or telecommunications providers whose services form part of the haybije experience. Game outcomes determined by Game Provider RNG or live dealer systems are outside haybije's direct control.
• haybije is not liable for losses arising from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues on your end, device incompatibility, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest.
• Nothing in these Terms limits haybije's liability for death or personal injury caused by haybije's negligence, or for any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

haybije reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where haybije has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or at any other point.
• The Player is engaging in, or has engaged in, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other conduct that is harmful to haybije or its players.
• The Player holds more than one active haybije account.
• The Player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires haybije to do so.
• The Player has requested self-exclusion under haybije's responsible gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, haybije reserves the right to retain any Real Money Balance remaining in the account as a contractual remedy, in addition to any other remedies available to haybije at law. Where an account is closed for non-breach reasons — such as voluntary closure by the Player or a self-exclusion request — any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used payment method after all pending withdrawals and KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their haybije account may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 48 hours of receipt.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. haybije operates as a platform targeted at users in Bangladesh and seeks to comply with all applicable laws and regulations relevant to its operations.

If you have a dispute with haybije arising from your use of the platform, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. haybije's customer support team operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and will make every effort to resolve your concern promptly, fairly, and in good faith.

• Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute process, you agree to contact haybije support and allow haybije a minimum of 14 calendar days to investigate and respond to your complaint.
• Dispute Escalation: If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction following the informal resolution period, you may escalate the matter in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Dispute — [Your Account Username]". haybije will respond to formal dispute escalations within 28 calendar days.
• Game Outcome Disputes: All game outcomes on haybije are determined by certified Game Provider RNG systems or live dealer processes. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, haybije will request transaction logs and game records from the relevant Game Provider. The Game Provider's records shall be the definitive source of truth for resolving such disputes.
• Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through haybije's dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms. Accounts with active or pending chargebacks will be suspended pending investigation.
• Language of Proceedings: All formal dispute correspondence with haybije must be conducted in English. Documents submitted in other languages may be returned for translation before haybije is able to process them.

These Terms were last reviewed and updated on January 1, 2026. haybije reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, haybije will notify registered players by email at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of haybije.net after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
